This studio apartment on Ul. Wspólna, in Śródmieście Południowe, is stylishly decorated and very cozy. The 32 m² property has a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed, sofa, dining table and a television. There is also a kitchen with all the essentials to cook, as well as a modern bathroom.
The apartment enjoys an excellent central location, 10 minutes from the Pałac Kultury i Nauki, and surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. Warsaw University of Technology is within walking distance, and you will also find good transport links nearby, with the city's main station only 9 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- There are large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- The bathroom is beautifully tiled and comes equipped with a washing machine.
- There is a large wardrobe to store your personal items.
- Catherine the Homecheker told us that she loved the style and location of this property.
- Being close to Warszawa Centralna will enable easy travel around the city and beyond.
- This lively area offers plenty to see and do, including a large shopping centre which is only 10 minutes away.
