This cute studio apartment for rent on Nowolipie is on the 2nd floor. It’s a great spot that’s more spacious than the typical studio. At the entrance, there is a built-in wardrobe. You’ll notice three rooms when you enter. The living and bedroom are combined into a single space. It’s furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, table, and a wardrobe. The compact bathroom has a tub. The fully-equipped kitchen also has a big window. It has ample storage and includes a dishwasher. Additionally, it’s furnished with a 3-seat dining table where you can share a meal with friends.
Living in the Nowolipki neighborhood, you’re close to the old town. The convenience of buses and trams makes it easy for your to explore all parts of the city. If you’re a student, you only have a 10-minute walk to reach the University of Finance and Management. Mieczysław Apfelbaum Square is 5 minutes away, and you’re also close to Mirowski Park. You don’t have to go far for museums and other tourist sites. And you don’t have to walk far to reach the local cinema, supermarket, and restaurants, either.
What we liked the most
- Although it overlooks the street, the studio is surprisingly quiet.
- The kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher.
- You can walk to the city center within a half hour.
- The area has a good selection of Middle Eastern, Italian, and Polish restaurants.
