This quiet 4-bedroom apartment with rooms for rent on Pabla Nerudy is on the 6th floor. The building does have an elevator, so you don’t have to climb the stairs unless you want a workout. At the entrance is a vestibule where you can hang your coat. The shared bathroom includes a tub and washing machine. The toilet room is separate. The kitchen isn’t huge, but it’s functional and fully equipped. It also has ample cupboard space and includes a gas stove and a window. There is also counter seating in a hall, where you can enjoy your meals and socialize.
Chomiczówka neighborhood is northwest of downtown. Your new home is in a quiet, residential apartment block. Józef Piłsudski University of Physical Education in 20 minutes away by bus. The Military University of Technology is less than a half-hour ride away. The area isn’t lacking in supermarkets. There are several close by. It’s not short of activities, either. There is a gym and health club within a 15-minute walk. A public swimming pool is 10 minutes away. And Cinema City is a 20-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The shared counter seating area is reminiscent of a diner, which is cool.
- There is a washing machine in the spacious bathroom.
- You can reach the city center within 40 minutes on public transit.
- There are two universities located within a half-hour bus ride.
