There are rooms available to rent in this charming 3-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlady. The main shared area in the 72 m² apartment is the eat-in kitchen that is bright and colorful. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and has plenty of cupboard space for food storage. There is also a spacious shower room and a toilet room to share.
Grochowska is a residential district east of the city center, but you are well-connected by bus and tram, able to reach the center in about 20 minutes. You have small shops nearby, as well as a small park. For more shopping options, you also have the Atrium Promenada Shopping Center about 15 minutes walk away.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is a colorful and modern common area.
- There is a public parking lot nearby.
- You have several tram lines that stop right by the apartment.
- The city center is about 20 minutes away.
- Mat, our Homechecker, like the location.
