This 1-bedroom apartment in Powązki is a modern home perfect for 1 or 2 people. The 34 m² apartment has wood flooring throughout and a modern and clean atmosphere. There is a cozy open-plan kitchen and living room with modern appliances, a round dining tale, and a comfy couch. The living room opens up onto a balcony, which can also be accessed from the bedroom.
In Powązki, you are on a residential street but just a short walk away from plenty of amenities. Within 10 minutes of the apartment, you have the Arkadia Shopping Mall, one of the biggest in the city. You also have a tram stop that is served by more than 5 lines, allowing you to move around easily.
What we liked the most
- You can access the balcony from the bedroom.
- The windows are double glazed to block out noise.
- There is private parking available.
- The large Arkadia Shopping Center is close by.
