Three rooms are available for rent in a three-bedroom apartment with air-conditioning in Valencia. Two of the rooms are furnished with single beds, and the master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, accommodating a couple. Tenants will share use of a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, one bathroom and a living/dining area with a television. The apartment is located on Carrer de l'Illa de Sardenya, close to the Turia River Gardens and the City of Arts and Science. The neighbourhood of Camins al Grau is a convenient place to live, being well-connected by public transport to other parts of the city, including the historic town centre, Malvarrosa Beach, and both the University of Valencia and the Polytechnic University of Valencia. This apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 105 sqm.

What we liked the most

  • The spacious living area has been designed to provide the ultimate comfort, with a cozy sitting area featuring two sofas and a comfortable chaise-lounge where you can stretch out in front of the television.
  • There is a large dining table for six people in the living area, and a second smaller table in the kitchen next to a small television.
  • The apartment has central air-conditioning and natural gas heating.
  • The modern fully equipped kitchen is nicely presented with a varied range of stainless steel appliances, including a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.
  • Wi-Fi is already installed, and included in the monthly rent.
  • All rooms are fully furnished and interior, facing a quiet courtyard rather than the street.

Things to keep in mind

  • Even though it is not shown in the photos, bedroom 2 will be equipped with a single bed.
