Spotahome's opinion

This tidy shared flat offers four fully furnished private rooms for rent. Shared amenities include two spacious bathrooms, a laundry room and a large kitchen with a dishwasher and dining table. All rooms are nicely presented and similarly equipped, including spacious wardrobes and sofas, and there is a range of sizes to choose from. They all have windows overlooking either an interior courtyard or the street, and bedroom 3 also has a private balcony. The apartment is located on Carrer de Fontanars dels Alforins, a lively street in the neighbourhood of Patraix, featuring residential buildings as well as a number of shops. There is a metro station only three minutes from the flat, and the town centre can be accessed in 10 minutes using public transport. The apartment is interior and has a floor area of 100 sqm.

What we liked the most

  • The large kitchen has numerous cupboards to store food, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and all the accessories necessary to prepare your meals.
  • There are two spacious shared bathrooms, both equipped with bathtubs.
  • All rooms are fully furnished, equipped with good-sized wardrobes offering plenty space to arrange clothes and other personal items.
  • Bedrooms 1 to 3 face an interior courtyard, so your sleep will not be disturbed by street noise.
  • Bedroom 3 has a lovely private balcony equipped with an outdoor table and two chairs.
  • Bedroom 4 has a window with street views and can accommodate a couple.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no living area, but all rooms have a sofa and there is a dining table in the kitchen where you can enjoy your meals or get together with your flatmates.
  • The apartment has parking, but there is only one space available.
  • There is no television in the apartment.
