Four rooms are available for rent in a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, situated on Plaza Bandas de Musica in the area of Quatre Carreres, just a short walk from Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias and a 20 minute bus drive to University of Valencia. This is a perfect location for those who prefer to live close to the beach and have easy access to the city centre. This apartment is fully furnished - we love the fully equipped kitchen, the comfortable living room with a dining area and a balcony and the shared bathroom, equipped with a shower. On top of that, air conditioning is available, perfect for hot summers in this beautiful city. The area of the apartment is 100m2.
