The 88m2 apartment is fully furnished, featuring a beautiful living room with a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom with a shower and three rooms available for rent. As the landlady lives in the apartment, she will be able to answer all your questions and help you with any concerns you might have during your stay here. You will be located nearby a metro station, as well as plenty of bus stations - you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes by a metro, the university is just 16 minutes away by foot and the beach is a 30 minute bus ride away.
