The apartment has three floors - the first floor has a bedroom available for rent, a shared bathroom and the landlord's bedroom. The second floor has a spacious kitchen, a dining area, another shared bathroom and a large terrace. The third floor has a comfortable living room with another large terrace with great views of the city. The friendly landlord lives in the property and is looking for a quiet and responsible person. You'll be located close to the City of Arts and Sciences and will have easy access to the city centre and University of Valencia. The area of the pet-friendly apartment is 156m2.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to City of Arts and Sciences, one of most popular Valencia's attractions.
  • The landlords are animal lovers. so you are more than welcome to bring your four-legged (or two) companions.
  • This apartment has three floors - the spacious living room is located on the third floor, so you won't hear any TV noise from the bedroom, which is on the first floor. The living room also has a beautiful balcony with a city view.
  • There is another terrace on the second floor of the apartment, complete with a dining table, perfect for breakfasts and dinners under the sun.
  • We really like the large kitchen, which is fully furnished and has plenty of cupboards and drawers. You'll also find a washing machine and a dishwasher here, so there will be no issues with keeping your things clean.
