Four rooms are available in this bright four bedroom exterior apartment, located on Calle Juan Ramón Jiménez. The occupants will share one bathroom. The apartment, located on the second floor, comes fully furnished and welcomes professionals, couples, students and Erasmus students. Located in Malilla neighborhood, which is just a few minute bus ride away from Central Valencia, this flat offers spacious rooms, furnished, and filled with a lot of light. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and bars, as well as bus stations that will take you into the city center. You'll also benefit from a long balcony where you can hang your clothes and enjoy the views. The area of the apartment is 80m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very bright and welcomes a lot of sunlight which makes it look friendly.
- The kitchen is very big and comes fully equipped with everything you may need. They also have a lot of storage where you can keep all your belongings.
- The apartment also has a balcony where you can dry your clothes.
- The supermarket is located just across the street - ideal for all last minute shopping and late night cravings!
- Wi-Fi and cleaning is included in the rental price.
