It is located on Calle de Marcelino Giner, in the neighborhood of Benimaclet. This area is very well communicated by public transport, and the apartment is located within walking distance from both the Polytechnic University of Valencia and the University of Valencia.

What we liked the most

  • The bathroom is modern and features a large shower, a toilet and a sink.
  • All rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, and have their own desks and wardrobes.
  • There is underfloor heating available in the apartment, so you will be nice and cozy in winter.
