The property has a bright open-plan equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a large sofa, and 1 lovely tiled bathroom. The living room opens out onto a nice little balcony overlooking the street below.

The apartment is located in Campanar, an excellently located and well connected spot within easy reach of the city centre. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to explore nearby, as well as the lovely Parc Polifio.
