There is a supermarket within a 10-minute walk as is The Central Market of Valencia. There are also several museums nearby including the Museo Nacional de Cerámica, the Museu Valencià de la Il·lustració i la Modernitat, and the Museu i Col·legi de l'Art Major de la Seda.
