There are rooms for rent in this modern 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Avinguda de Peris i Valero in Quatre Carreres. The shared bathroom is well-equipped with a shower over a bath, toilet and sink, while the living room is a great space to relax outside of your room.

There are plenty of restaurants within a 10-minute walk of this apartment, and the Mercat de Russafa is only a 5-minute walk away, so there are plenty of places to buy food within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
  • The University of Valencia is just over a 20-minute ride away on the metro.
  • There is plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen for you to store your food.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.
  • There is a washing machine but no dryer, so you will need to hang your clothes up to dry.
