Fully-furnished rooms are available for rent in a 4-bedroom apartment in Camins al Grau, Valencia. The living room has two sofas and a coffee table, as well as a large window which lets in lots of natural light and fresh air. There is also a dining table which can seat up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has both an oven and a microwave, and the kitchen provides access to a balcony, as does the living room. Smoking is allowed on both balconies, although not in the house. You will share the common areas with the live-in landlord and his girlfriend, but they have their own private bathroom and balcony.
The local area has plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes, as well as several supermarkets nearby. Parc Gulliver Theme Park is a 15 minute walk from the property, and there are a few plazas around too. Just a bit further in either direction you can also take a nice stroll to the beach and city center.
