The kitchen is bright and comes with all the essentials, including a refrigerator and oven, as well as plenty of drawers and cupboards. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine, which can be accessed through the kitchen.

This apartment is just a quick walk away from the waterfront and several great restaurants. There is also a supermarket within a 5-minute walk, and the large Aqua shopping mall is accessible by public transport, so all the essentials are close by.
