  • The sunny terrace enjoys nice street views.
  • The kitchen is modern and well equipped.
  • There is a dining table to share a meal with your flatmates.
  • The Universitat Politecnica de Valencia as well as the Campus de Tarongers of the Universitat de Valencia are located close by.
  • The Mercado Municipal del Cabañal market is just around the corner, making it easy to stock up on fresh produce.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there is no elevator.
