Spotahome's opinion

You couldn’t ask for a bigger, brighter or more affordable space to share than the rooms to rent in this 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer del Serpis. Ideal for women, you have beautiful parquet floors through much of the space, and gorgeous tiling in the huge equipped kitchen and the 2 full bathrooms. The living room has 3 windows and is generously furnished with sofas, chairs, a TV and 6-seat table, among other pieces. The kitchen is incredibly large and has a second dining table, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. The real surprise comes by way of a massive terrace that puts the icing on top of an already incredible apartment.

Algirós is a residential area in Valencia, but one that’s popular among students because of it’s close proximity to the schools. In fact, your room to rent is located between the University of Valencia, which is a 15-minute walk west, and the Polytechnic University of Valencia, which is 17 minutes to the east. There are ample fast food and dining restaurants nearby, and you’ll uncover the popular café and tavern hangouts in no time. You’ll find a Supercor Expres and Mercadona supermarket within a 4-minute walk as well as gyms, banks, book and clothing stores within a few minutes from your apartment.
