The private rooms to rent in this 4-bedroom apartment on Carrer de Manuela Estellés are nothing short of fantastic! You’ll be sharing common areas that have a Scandinavian decor and are bright and spacious. There are storage shelves in the entrance hall for each tenant, and the white kitchen, which has a granite counter, a pull out table and stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped. There is a washing machine on an enclosed balcony and next to the kitchen is a modern bathroom with a decent-sized shower stall. The gorgeous living room is furnished with a 4-seat table, huge comfy sofa with a chaise, a TV and there is a small balcony too!
Algirós is a young and lively neighborhood filled with students and pubs, because it’s home to the University of Valencia as well as the Polytechnic University of Valencia, which is only an 18-minute walk from your apartment. In warmer months, you’ll be thrilled to know that you’re also only 12-minutes away from the beaches along the Balearic Sea. You can quickly pick up groceries at the Dia supermarket just a 2-minute walk around the corner, located next to a bakery where you can pick up fresh bread. A 15-minute walk will get you to a number of nightclubs and fast food outlets, and there is a sports complex and hockey club just 6 minutes from your door.
What we liked the most
- Bright, spacious, equipped, furnished and with a balcony, the apartment is seriously incredible!
- You can easily walk to the main campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia.
- Just up the street you’ll find fast food outlets and dozens of happening clubs and bars.
- As soon as the warm weather comes, you can spend your days at the nearby beach.
