The apartment has a spacious living/dining room which comes furnished with a comfy couch, flat-screen TV, coffee table and some useful shelving as well as having a dining table with room for 4 people to share a meal and some stylish artwork on the walls. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook and there is also a sizable balcony with a view of the neighbourhood.

The apartment is located in a residential area in the south of the city where you can easily relax and take it easy after a days work or studying. You are close to the lively Plaza de Jesús and Valencia's hipster neighbourhood Ruzafa. There are 2 supermarkets nearby where you can buy your daily amenities and with bus stops right outside the door, you can easily connect with the rest of Valencia.
