Spotahome's opinion

This is a large and spacious duplex penthouse covering 2 floors. The property boasts a very large living area and also has its own private terrace. The public terrace area overlooks the park in the centre of the courtyard: this is the perfect place to relax in the evenings, enjoying a meal with fellow flatmates. The kitchen is fully equipped and you'll find all bathrooms and toilet are clean and modern. The rooms are all spacious, some with masses of storage space for everything you need. With WiFi installed throughout the complex, this is a perfect apartment for students!

The University of Valencia is only a 20-minute walk away, but why not take the scenic route through the many beautiful parks around the apartment? There's plenty of sport activity to do at these parks, but if that's not your thing just head to one of the many bars and restaurants on the street below. The Babel cinema over on Carrer de Vicent Sancho Tello has fantastic reviews and is only a minute walk away! The nearest grocery store is only a minute away and you'll find plenty of supermarkets and a hospital nearby too.

What we liked the most

  • Large terrace area has some comfy wicker furniture for relaxing on in the evenings.
  • There's plenty to see and do around the apartment location.
  • The kitchen is a decent size and fully stocked.
  • Bedroom 5 is 55 m², the size of an individual apartment!
  • High up on the 7th floor, this apartment is kept quiet and away from the busy street below.

Things to keep in mind

  • Tenants who book for July and August will have a private key for their room.
  • The landlord can also provide a double bed or and additional single bed for bedrooms 2, 3, 4, and 5. Please read bedroom descriptions carefully.
