This 3-bedroom apartment is a women-only space and is perfect for tenants who attend classes at the nearby University of Valencia or who work in the El Pla del Real area. There is plenty of space for three flatmates who enjoy sharing a kitchen, washing machine and common area with a dining table, sofa and TV. Of course, you can still get alone time in the privacy of your own room, where you can work at a desk, or search the Wi-Fi/Internet to uncover all the hotspots in the historical city of Valencia.

Conveniently located near the Aragón station of the Valencia Metro, you can easily access downtown within 15 minutes, or you can hop on one of the many bus lines and head to some of the most outstanding beaches in Spain. Don’t worry, with the Mestalla Stadium, Palau de la Música and the Jardins del Reial next door, as well as tons of local restaurants to hang out in, there is plenty to do in your El Pla del Real neighborhood too!
