The bedrooms are all exterior and come furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe; they are separated by a corridor which allows for added privacy. The 90 m² apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 full bathrooms to share.
Located on Avenida del Puerto, you are in the heart of Camins al Grau. The apartment is well-connected to city by bus, with direct connections to the Universitat Politècninca and the beach. Right outside your door you can find all you basic amenities and a diverse food selection that includes Indian, Spanish, and delicious seafood.
