This 90 m² 2-bedroom apartment in Ectramurs has air-conditioning and offers a room to rent with a private bathroom. The property is occupied by the live-in landlord and you will be sharing with him a living area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located 500m from Plaza del Ayuntamiento, in a vibrant neighbourhood with lots to explore. The area is also very well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

What we liked the most

  • Carrer Colón, Valencia's most important shopping street, is a short walk away.
  • The living area is spacious and bright, opening out onto a balcony.
  • There is a flat screen television which can be enjoyed from a sofa.
  • The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
  • Tenants get their own private bathroom.

Things to keep in mind

  • You will be sharing the apartment with a cat.
  • The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.
