This 6-bedroom apartment in Orriols has individual rooms to rent and 2 shared bathrooms. The large 200 m² property is equipped with AC, gas heating, and offers a lovely open plan kitchen and living area.
The apartment is located on a quiet residential area that is well connected by public transport. The University of Valencia is a 20-minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is bright and has lovely wooden floors.
- You will find supermarkets and shops within walking distance.
- Both shared bathrooms are modern, and one of them has a bathtub.
- The kitchen and living area is spacious and nicely decorated.
- All rooms can be secured with an independent key and offer good storage space.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 1 and 6 are interior, and rooms 2 to 5 face the street.
- The bedrooms have double beds but can accomodate 1 person only.
