Rooms are available to rent in a fresh, modern 70 m² apartment in Valencia's beachside Cabanyal area. The whole property has obviously been recently renovated, and has contemporary decor throughout. Shared areas include the living room / entrance hall, and the convenient kitchen.
3 minutes from the beach, and 10 minutes from the Universitat Politècnica de València, this apartment would be ideal for beach-loving students. What better than a long day studying than relaxing by the sea?

- Living just 3 minutes from the beach? Priceless!
