This 130 m², 5-bedroom apartment located in the lively Ruzafa neighborhood has rooms available to rent to individuals and couples. The apartment is very spacious with large windows providing plenty of natural light. There are a variety of rooms to choose from, something for all tastes. There are 2 modern and clean full bathrooms to share.
Ruzafa is the most popular area in the the larger L'Eixample district. This is the place to be if you are a fan of a multicultural environment, including authentic international food. You are well-connected by bus and metro and have easy connections to the city center and beach.
What we liked the most
- All of the rooms are fully furnished and have their own private key.
- Bedroom 5 has an en-suite bathroom.
- Although there is no living room, many of the rooms have their own couch.
- There is a small balcony accessible through the kitchen.
- You have the loved Mercadona supermarket chain right across the street.
