Rooms are for rent to students only in a 3-bedroom apartment in Poblats Marítims. The modern property has been recently renovated and feels spacious and bright. There is a living area with a sofa and air conditioning, as well as a contemporary kitchen area with all necessary appliances. There is also access to an enclosed patio with seating, as well as a shared bathroom.

You would be living in a fantastic location just footsteps from Malvarossa beach and a 10-minute walk from Universitat Politècnica de València. The area is well served in terms of supermarkets, bars and restaurants and has good connections to the city centre.
