This 115 m², 4-bedroom apartment has bright and colorful rooms for rent – perfect for students! The apartment has a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage space for each roommate. The living room is a cozy space that opens up to the apartment's balcony, where you can sit back, relax, and take in the view. The are 2 full bathrooms to share.
The apartment is located in the historical neighborhood of La Saïdia. You have the Official School of Languages of Valencia close by and many historical monasteries, if you ever find yourself in the mood for sightseeing. The apartment is very well-connected to the city by bus, tram, and metro.
What we liked the most
- There is a nice little balcony connected to the living room furnished with outdoor seating.
- The living room is furnished with a couch, arm chair, coffee table, shelving, storage,and a flat-screen TV.
- You can access the kitchen from the corridor and the living room.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, and a washing machine.
- There are 2 renovated and spacious bathrooms to share.
- The apartment has all methods of public transportation very close by and also many parks within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
