The interior of this property is decorated with modern furniture and appliances and it has plenty of windows that let in natural light. The apartment has an exceptionally large living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both of which are to be shared with the live-in landlord.

La Saïdia is a lively area situated to the north of Valencia's city centre. The property is close to several bars, restaurants and cafés which are the perfect places to socialise. This property is ideal for those who work or study at the University of Valencia, as it takes just 15 minutes to walk there from the apartment.
