This interior 3-bedroom apartment has 3 affordable rooms to rent and covers an area of 85 m2. There is 1 shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and a lovely little balcony. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a small dining table, and a flat-screen television. The living room opens out onto the balcony, which has a small table and chairs and looks out over the patio. The kitchen features a gas oven and stove top, a microwave, and has plenty of cupboard space.

The apartment is located on Carrer de Benicarló, in Benimaclet. The neighbourhood is considered to be one of the most exciting, ethnically diverse, and authentic areas in Valencia. The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transport and is perfect for students with the University of Valencia and the Polytechnic University​ both within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The University of Valencia is within easy walking distance of the apartment.
  • All of the bedrooms are furnished with spacious standalone wardrobes.
  • There is a lovely little balcony overlooking the internal patio area.
  • The living room has a comfortable sofa and a flat screen television.
  • All of the bedrooms are very affordable.​

Things to keep in mind

  • This is not a street-facing apartment. However, there are several windows that let in plenty of natural light.
