The interior of this property is bright, and features a very large kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern appliances necessary for convenient cooking. There are 3 complete bathrooms to share between tenants.

L'Eixample is one of Valencia's most popular, central neighbourhoods. Tenants will never be bored in this area which has bars, restaurants and cafés to suit all tastes and budgets. When in need of some downtime, tenants can walk 4 minutes to reach Jardí del Túria and its surrounding gardens which are pleasant in summer.
