This apartment offers an area of 110sqm and 4 individual rooms for rent. With rooms varying from single beds to double beds and even having a private balcony, there is something guaranteed to fit your needs! The apartment is very spacious and provides lots of natural light. Located in the neighborhood of Algirós, the apartment is near the the Universitat Politecnica de Valencia and the Campus de Tarongers of the Universitat de Valencia. Also surrounded by many plazas this is a great location for the convenience of your studies and the opportunity to have nightlife right outside your door.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by bus or by metro.
- The kitchen is quite large and comes equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
- Other modern amenities include a washing machine and television.
- The living room area is quite spacious and connects to a balcony.
- There are 2 bathrooms to share, that are both renovated.
Things to keep in mind
- There are many bars and restaurants in the area, which may cause noise.
- There is an AC unit in the dining area.
