This fantastic one bedroom apartment for rent is a great opportunity for working professionals wishing to live close to Valencia city centre with easy access to the beach. Featuring air-conditioning to keep you cool during hot summer days, this exterior 89m2 apartment on Celle del Medico Jose Duran Martinez is also fully furnished and has plenty of storage throughout. Its unique features include a bar area and a fully equipped kitchen with a window to the dining room, perfect for any chef hosting dinner parties. The tenant will also be able to enjoy a cosy living room and a bedroom complete with a double bed. With plenty of bus stations nearby it provides easy transportation for your commute to work.

What we liked the most

  • One of the unique features of this apartment is its bar with an excellent rack for wine glasses. Along with a fully furnished kitchen with a window to the large dining table, it's perfect for hosting dinners and social events.
  • The apartment has fantastic built-in wardrobes which add more space and keep the place tidy.
  • Valencia can get very hot during the summer - to make sure you can cope with the heat, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning.
  • Along with a washing machine, the tenant will also be able to use a dishwasher and an oven.
  • We really like the Quatre Carreres area - it's close to the city centre, has easy transportation to the beach and it's full of shops and restaurants with some of the best paella you will ever taste.

Things to keep in mind

  • If you need a dryer, the friendly landlord will be happy to provide you with one.
