This modern 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Carrer del Marqués in Ciutat Vella. Bright and spacious, you’ll fall in love with this apartment as soon as you enter. The spacious living area has a lovely dining table, sofa, armchair, and beautiful ceiling with exposed wooden beams. The exposed brick wall also is a nice touch. The kitchen space also makes up the living area. The fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops comes with your basic applicants, including a washing machine, oven, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom is spacious and perfect for two people with its shower, toilet, and sink area with plenty of storage space. Both bedrooms come with a single bed, desks, and standalone wardrobes. Bedroom 1 stands out from Bedroom 2 thanks to its access to the balcony. Both rooms have large windows that let in plenty of light. There is also a lovely terrace area where you can enjoy a nice book and get some fresh air.

Located in Ciutat Vella, you’ll be in the heart of it all. all of Valencia’s main attractions are nearby, including the Prehistoric History Museum and the Portal de la Valldigna. Right next to the apartment, there is a large green space where you can relax and enjoy a picnic with friends. Supermarkets nearby include Supermercados Consum, Did and Carrefour Express.
