This lively 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Carrer d’Eixarcha is on the 5th floor. The bedrooms are colorful with a fun atmosphere. There are whimsical touches, including a swing in the living room. Wood beam ceilings, a salamander stove, and modern furnishings bring the space down to earth. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is airy with brick walls and terracotta tiles. A furnished terrace can be reached through the kitchen. And up a set of stairs, you’ll find a comfy office.

You won’t miss out on much living in Ciutat Vella. You’re at the heart of Valencia. Around every corner is a piece of history. Torres de Quart and Torres de Serranos are less than 10 minutes away. Art galleries and museums are abundant. The Modern Art Museum is just north of your new home. Cines Lys movie theater is south. And so are shopping malls and supermarkets. You’ll be rolling in tapas bars in this neighborhood, and there are lots of live music venues, too.

  • Exposed brick, terra cotta, and a glass shower stall make for an amazing bathroom.
