This recently renovated 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building in the residential Petchina district. With windows facing the street, you have lovely views of the Old Túria River. Upon entering you have a large and open room with wood flooring and stylish decor. To your left there is a bathroom and toilet, followed by a compact but modern kitchen. At the end of the room you have a sofa bed with a wall-mounted TV and the dining table and storage space in the middle.

Petchina is located about 30 minutes west of Valencia City Center but is well-connected by bus and metro. On Paseo Petxina, the property is perfect if you prefer big buildings, open spaces, and greenery. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can find cafes, bars, and small shops. However, when in the mood for something more commercial, you have a large shopping center just 10-minutes away on foot.

What we liked the most

  • We love the open living room and views of the river!
  • The windows are double glazed keeping the street noise out.
  • Both bedrooms have an AC unit.
  • There is an additional toilet – great for guests.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 1 faces an interior patio and does not receive as much natural light.
