This modern 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a generous 75 m² footprint on Carrer de Serrano Flores in El Pla del Real. 2 of the bedrooms have single beds, while the other has a double bed, and all have wardrobes for you to store your belongings. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven and microwave.

The Mercado Colón is around a 15-minute walk away for when you want to play tourist, and just around the corner are a supermarket and pharmacy, so you don't need to go far for the essentials. The Jardines de Monforte and Jardins del Reial are both around a 20-minute walk away as well.

What we liked the most

  • The living room is large and has a table and chairs as well as a sofa, so there is plenty of space to relax outside of your room.
  • The apartment is close to public transport.
  • The bathroom has a large shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • The University of Valencia is a 15-minute walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
  • Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
