This 2-bedroom apartment to rent on Carrer de Joan Batista Comes is located in a highly populated, but pleasant and quiet area. The entrance hall leads to a corridor and the bedrooms are located on the left side. The equipped kitchen is the first door on the right. It’s modern with granite counters and ample cupboard space. While there is a gas stove, there is only a microwave oven. There is also a washing machine in a little kitchen nook. At the end of the hall, just beyond the bathroom, is the combined living and dining room. It’s minimally furnished with shelving, a sofa, coffee table and 4-seat table, and gets plenty of light. There is no TV, but the landlord can bring in one if you want.

There are a lot of people living in L’Olivereta. However, it’s still a fairly peaceful area with plenty of outdoor activities nearby. For example, the municipal sport complex, located on the grounds of Poliesportiu Barri de la Llum, is just 4 minutes away. You’ll also find a soccer field and gymnastics center no more than 250 meters from your front door. There is a lot of shopping to be done here. The Gran Turia shopping mall is only 2 minutes away. There's a cinema there as well. There are a few restaurants and bars around, and you can pick up fruits and vegetables at the little market that’s a mere 4-minute walk from your new home.

What we liked the most

  • Furnishings are minimal, which makes the apartment easy to clean!
  • There are a number of gymnastics and sports facilities nearby.
  • The University Hospital is just 6 minutes away.
  • You’ll find a Mercadona supermarket within a 10-minute walk.
