Enjoy this 1-bedroom apartment with all the trimmings in Valencia. Start with the 13th floor views!

This is a fabulous new district with purpose-built apartment blocks rather than converted buildings plus it's just seven minutes by metro to the heart of the city.

From one of the two comfortable sofas in the lounge you can enjoy views across Valencia. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven and microwave plus plenty of cupboard space. The apartment has plenty of storage space throughout plus a lovely double bedroom and bathroom.

The apartment is on the main thoroughfare linking the Palau de Congressos de Valencia conference and exhibition centre with central Valencia. It's a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. It would take about 20 minutes to walk along the avenue to the Turia gardens in the old riverbed. The lovely Benicalap park is a 9-minute stroll to enjoy this green, urban space. This is an ideal location for enjoying residential life in Valencia but being just a few minutes from the historic city centre.

What we liked the most

  • It's hard to take your eyes off those magnificent far-reaching views of Valencia from the living room.
  • The beautiful, modern decor throughout the apartment is stunning.
  • There are so many appliances in the kitchen for making cooking enjoyable.
  • The paintings and wall features make it feel very stylish.
  • The property has access to a number of amazing features, like a sauna, paddle courts, underfloor heating and of course... a coffee machine.
