This fully renovated and elegant 60 m² apartment in Poblats Marítims is perfect for a couples or friends. The 3-bedroom apartment offers rooms with single or double beds, a desk, and a wardrobe. The gray walls and marble give the space a cool and elegant feel The kitchen is fully equipped and the shared bathroom is quite spacious.

Located in the Cabañal area of the Poblats Marítims, this apartment is a true beach lover's dream. You are minutes from the Malvarrosa beach, which means every day is a beach day. There are plenty of bars nearby where you can grab some delicious seafood or paella. If you are a student attending the Universitat Politècnica de València, you are less than a 15-minute tram ride away.

What we liked the most

  • You can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes!
  • We love the grey walls and marble design.
  • There is an AC in the living room, which can also be used as a heater.
  • A dishwasher in a shared apartment is a true luxury.
  • All the rooms comes with a ceiling fan – convenient.
  • The bathroom is spacious and has a rainfall shower head.

Things to keep in mind

  • The rooms do not have heating, but tenants can purchase space heaters.
  • Some of the bedrooms are not shown with a wardrobe or a desk, but the landlady will provide them.
