This 3-bedroom apartment available to rent in the L'Eixample district is as trendy and chic as its neighborhood. The 130 m² offers 3 large bedrooms and an additional storage room. The sunny living room opens up onto a balcony and has stylish seating and decor. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and toilet room.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Ruzafa area of L'Eixample. This is one of Valencia's trendiest areas with chic bars, restaurants, and clubs. Just a few minutes' walk away you have the popular Mercadona grocery store chain, famous Black Turtle hamburger chain, and the Mercat de Ruzafa. If you want to live next to everything, this is the spot!

What we liked the most

  • Need something exotic? The animal print rugs and blankets can provide you with a bit of adventure.
  • The rooms are spacious, with plenty of room for your to add your personal touch.
  • Bedroom 2 has AC and a private balcony.
  • There is a large storage room the size of a bedroom.
  • The British School of Valencia is less than a 5-minute walk away.
