Located in the Cabañal area of Poblats Marítims, the apartment is minutes from the beach and a short ride to various university campuses. This is the ideal location for those looking to live near the beach and still be well-connected to the city.

What we liked the most

  • There are 2 balconies.
  • The comfortable sofa also has a hidden storage unit.
  • You can watch the flat-screen TV while eating or lounging.
  • There are 2 full bathrooms – your choice of a shower or a bath.
  • The location is ideal for beach lovers or students attending the Universitat Politècninca de València.
