Being exterior, the flat receives a good amount of natural light and both bedrooms have windows facing the street. The apartment is located on Carrer de Santa Maria Micaela, only three blocks from the Túria gardens, and within walking distance of the metro, buses, supermarkets, and the historical city centre.

What we liked the most

  • This large flat for rent has two levels, with both bedrooms located on the second floor.
  • The spacious kitchen is comfortable and very tidy, featuring tiled floors and walls, a gas stove, oven, and plenty of storage.
  • There are two dining spaces, with tables available in both the kitchen and living area.
  • You will find a washing machine and a dryer to take care of your laundry.
  • The shared living room is nicely presented, featuring polished wooden floors and a balcony.
  • Both bedrooms have wardrobes and there are two built-in closets in the hallway providing additional storage space.

Things to keep in mind
