This studio apartment on Via Pianezza, in Campidoglio, has been recently renovated and comes equipped with central AC. The main room in the spacious 70 m² property offers a sofa bed, large television, and a kitchen corner with all the essentials to cook. There is also a sleeping area behind a partition wall with a double bed, bedside table, and large wardrobe.
The apartment is located just 5 minutes from the Department of Computer Science of the University of Turin and close to 2 large hospitals. You will find shops, restaurants, and a supermarket within walking distance, and there are good public transport links nearby to travel around the city.
What we liked the most
- The decoration in the apartment is inspired by the Italian movie La Dolce Vita.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- The bathroom is spacious and modern.
- The Parco Dora shopping centre is located nearby.
- Daniele the Homecheker told us that he really loved this property.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave and induction stove.
- There is no washing machine in the apartment.
