This huge studio apartment to rent on Calle Pajaritos is on the 2nd floor. The amount of space for a studio apartment in the old city center is amazing. The open-concept space has tile floors and air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a shower cabin. And just outside of the bathroom is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a dishwasher. The rest of the room is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a double bed, sofa bed, and a TV. As a corner apartment, you have two balconies overlooking adorable narrow streets.
Casco Antiguo is the center of Seville. You’re in an older block with a maze of cute old streets all around. Larger streets with public transportation are a few minutes away. However, you can walk to some of the city’s more famous sites from your new home. The Royal Alcázar is only 10 minutes away. Catedral de Sevilla is even closer. The area offers everything you need from banks to supermarkets. It also has a bustling nightlife. You’re surrounded by tapas bars, and La Casa del Flamenco theater is a 7-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The amount of space in the studio is more than you could hope to find.
- There are two terrific balconies overlooking old and narrow streets.
- The apartment has a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
- There is AC for those hot summer days.
