This spacious studio apartment to rent on Calle Pajaritos is on the 1st floor. Your building is tucked away in one of the many cute downtown streets. It’s a furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and ample shelving. Just outside of the bathroom is a washer and a dryer. The rest of the open-concept space is furnished with a double bed and night tables, a double sofa bed, armchair, and TV. Better still, you have two small balconies.
Your new apartment overlooks an old narrow street in the Casco Antiguo neighborhood. You’re right downtown and at the historical center. Popular sites like the Flamenco Museum, are minutes away. The Royal Alcázar of Seville is only 10 minutes from your new home. Tapas bars are everywhere in this part of town, but there are other types of restaurants nearby too. And when you feel like cooking your own gourmet Andalusian meals, you can pick up groceries at Supermercado Mas, which is a couple minutes away from your door.
