Situated in the Nervión neighborhood of Seville, this apartment is well connected with several transportation options close by. The flat is equipped with air-conditioning, a nice amenity to have in the hot Spanish summers and features a balcony. This 75m2 apartment has a bright living room that will be shared among tenants and is furnished with comfortable sofa and table that can seat up to 4 people.

The English speaking landlord does not live in the property and requires a deposit of 1 month. Rent can be paid in cash. Pets are allowed upon request to the landlord.
