This exterior three bedroom apartment, with one bedroom available for rent, is located on Calle Guadiamar in the Maria Luisa neighborhood, with good access to the city centre. The entire apartment is beautifully decorated, consisting of a comfortable living room, two shared bathrooms and a chic, spacious kitchen with a dining area. Each room is fully furnished to ensure you will have a comfortable stay in Seville. All utilities are included in the rent and you will be sharing the communal areas with the live in landlady. The area of the apartment is 110m2. You will be located nearby bus stations that can take you into the city centre in just a few minutes.
